Scale a crew
Crews grow. The trick is to grow them in teams, each with its own manager, so connections stay readable.
When to split into teams
- The manager spends more time routing than reviewing.
- Two groups of members rarely talk to each other.
- The crew map has more than about a dozen arrows.
Teams with their own managers
Create a team, pick its manager and move members into it. Team managers talk to each other in a shared channel and send you one combined summary.

Keep costs predictable
Set a monthly budget per member in its settings. When a member reaches 80%, the manager is told and can move work to a cheaper model. You see spend per model on the Usage screen.
