| Approval | A request the manager sends you before a risky action |
| Connection | A permanent, typed line between two crew members |
| Context | Background knowledge one member sends another, with no action required |
| Crew | The group of models working on a workspace |
| Crew map | The diagram of every member and connection |
| Handoff | One message that moves work and its context to another member |
| Lesson | A memory entry about what to do differently next time |
| Manager | The member who takes missions from you, plans and delegates |
| Member | A model plus a role in a crew |
| Mission | What you ask the crew to achieve, in plain words |
| Role | The job a member does: Manager, Engineer, QA, Research and so on |
| Shared memory | Lessons available to several members |
| Task | A piece of a mission with one owner at a time |
| Workspace | The folders, history and threads a crew shares |
